Camera Workshop - Crossing the Line

Today was the day we had to use the 180 rule in our camera workshop.We had to get into groups of 4, 2 actors, 1 sound and 1 director/camera, we also had a 1 page script to read from.

Taking it in turns we then had to film our scenes. I already knew I wanted my characters to be sitting and I had some ideas for coverage shots. I got the shots quite quickly, however later on I realised I wanted a few more and so recorded more.  I'm hoping I got enough shots to make a minute to a minute and a half story of 'Crossing the Line'. I also made sure I had the camera at the angles I wanted and that the boom wasn't in shot.

Once I have edited the video I will upload this to my blog.
