Today we learned about what's needed for middles, beginnings and ends in story writing.

Edit workshop

Today we had our first edit workshop and we worked on editing clips from a story of 'Delicious Peace'. This helped us to learn the basic tools using Premier Pro.

For the second camera workshop we first had to use what we had learnt in the first one and set up our cameras and tripods and then use the white balance, focus and zoom.

Using Adobe Premier Pro we had a 'test' to see which level we was at basic or more advanced; we had to edit clips and audio of a guy in a library/book shop.

Today we learned about characters and dialogue from writer Steve Coombes. Starting with dialogue we were told about 'gold watch dialogue'- this means that the dialogue is really good but for a play and not a film or television.
